With the change to the Black Cleaver
Do you still get a brutalizer? Champs like Urgot and Garen would get a brutalizer and sit on that but you can't do that anymore. Do you just forgo the brutalizer or just upgrade into Youmuu's?

Reynard the ƒox1 votesI mean why not get Phage in the situations you used to get Brutalizer?
I'm not sure I like this change, it really clips snowballing, Phage doesn't capitalize on early leads the way Brut does, and not every champ can interchangeably build Youmuu's or BC. Looking at Jayce specifically, it's gonna make his early game really wonky now. He's one of my favorites, so I care about this even if he's the only champ in the League who's affected :p
