Given the fact there are so many trolls in this game. Given the facts that Riot and LOL does nothing about it. It shouldn't exist. In a team game, an individual win rate should not exist.

If not win rate, how do you propose Riot determines individual rank based on teamplay? Regardless of trolls or not, win/loss is the least abusable way to calculate how good a player is at effecting a win.
