Justice Never Served

Riot.

I posted to the boards because I knew nothing would happen if I had simply left it in the hands of the tribunal. I had a player AFK, then come back, admit to boosting the account he is on for a friend, and then verbally harass us. I made the mistake of calling that person out by summoner name on the forum, asking Riot to do something about it because boosting is a punishable offense. So, of course, my post is deleted, and nothing has happened.

What does it take to get Riot to do something about a toxic player ruining the game for others. Even when they are willingly filling chat with admittance of guilt.
