Do you get a suspension before a perma ban? or a chat restriction

normally it goes chat restriction, 3 day ban or 14 day ban, then perma ban. riot does just insta perma ban in severe cases but it is very rare.

10 chat, 25 chat, 14 day ban, Permaban.

If your toxicity isn't over average then yes, you will be most likely going from chat restrictions to suspension to permaban.

can you give me some advice on being a more positive player i get tilted easily but i would like to fix that any advice?

Just focus on improving your own gameplay. The only person you can control is yourself, so if another player is being a problem mute them; you'll only get stressed out if they keep talking, and pings are more than enough for communication.
