There's always that one guy/or girl that lies to the enemy just to attempt to make them report you

To those that report based solely on the opponent's testimony;

Don't report someone for something you did not witness. If it is not in your team's or /all chat, don't report someone for verbal abuse. You might very well be falling for this and reporting an innocent person on the word of a troll. This is not how justice works.
