Please Riot, remove autofill from ranked, keep it in normal games for quicker queues. I personally would like a 30min queue with good chances to win rather than a .2 seconds queue with 0 chances to win due to players having to play different roles than they're used to in ranked.

I think you should understand and be able to play every role anyways, regardless of whether or not auto-fill is enabled. Many league players already do as being able to choose roles is a new feature anyways.

At the same time, if you are going to play ranked you will have better teamwork and understanding of the game by learning every role.
