I have a great idea: How about making losing less punishing with a 5 men premades?

I saw the team party IP weekend on the pool party event, and then thinking is there a way to encourage people playing in party regularly without influencing the IP flow significantly. And here's my idea.

Currently losing game cuts off about 40% of the total IP, with each additional party member, IP punishment for losing is reduced by 5%. With 5 members in party, losing a game still grants you 80% of the total IP(instead of 60%). It should send out a clear signal to players that party games are all about playing. It reduces the worry of inviting a someone with different skill levels(either higher or lower) that would reduce the chance of winning. You still win more while winning, but lose less while losing. The total IP added is just 10% theoretically for 5 men premade, which won't be a concern to keep it permanent. But it should change people's feeling significantly about creating party and inviting someone on your friend list that you almost never played with. The bonus IP weekend is cool, but it means people cares about winning even more, and more selective about their teammates, and the guys you don't know well got left out. This should also encourage 5 men premades to try out crazy stuff like 5 markmen/support trolls, 5 smites teleport and things like that. It's all about the fun when it's a premade game.
