[5.15]Visual glitch in HUD update

Upon leveling up, using shortcut to upgrade abilities(Crtl+Q/W/E/R) creates a texture overlap glitch on inventory. It appears to be a blurry level up ability texture. Using any consumable or active items removes the overlap glitch. EDIT: moving items around can remove it too.
