Why do you have to pay RP(or high amount of IP)JUST to change your name in this game?

Dear Riot:

I have a simple question.Why do we have to pay 1300 RP (or spend 13900 IP) JUST to change our nickname?

This is a fun game,i admit it and it is very addictive.It is not as fun as it was in the past,but still it is fun.What angers me is that you know that this game is very addictive so you decided to take advantage of it (i see you Riot, i am not stupid)

Here are some examples: If we want to play a champion-we have to pay RP (or play about a month to earn enough of IP to buy that 6300 champion that we like) If we want a skin-we have to pay (which is fine,i do not expect everything to be free) If we want to change region,we HAVE to pay (i mean i think this is fine,we have to pay but 2600 RP? Really Riot? i think that is a little bit too much if you ask me) If we want to change our nickname,we have to pay 1300 (or play for certain amount of games just to get to 13900 IP)

Please Riot,if you are gonna make a game where you get around 100 IP if you win a game that lasts for 30 minutes and you make champions with 6300 IP and nickname change for 13900 IP.

I mean Really Riot?Is that what you going to do to your community?

So Riot,i am just going to write a suggestion here: you can either read it(which you certainly won't)or you can just ignore me and see what will happen with the game's popularity in the future.

Here are 2 solutions that i see for this problem:

1.You can either give players one free nickname change when they get to level 30,then after they choose their nickname then you can put 1300 RP/13900 IP price.

2.You can just lower the price.Instead of 13900 IP,why don't you just lower it to 6300 IP or 7800 IP? Cmon Riot you know that your prices are unfair,but you do not care...

I mean Riot if you don't want to lose your community you gotta start listening to all of our suggestions, instead of completely ignoring us and keep ruining the game.Nerfs/buffs,making skins(some are okey but some are not very good)

The conclusion:

Riot,you are too greedy.You ignore your community,you nerf all items/champions that we love and you make your "legendary skins" that are actually not that good but you don't care so you put them at 1820 RP...

I could write for days about Riot and this game but i am just gonna stop here.

P.S: If you see this discussion Riot please know that i am sorry if i offended you,but these are my thoughts and someone has to say it,our problems will not solve if we keep our mouth shut.I MEAN WHY THE BOARDS ARE FOR? HONESTLY...
