Good number of S grades,but 0 hextech chest...

Help,i have a problem.For quite some time i played LoL and i would sometimes get and S grade,but i don't get any chest.I even tried to play a champion that i didn't score an S in hope that i will get a hextech chest,but i didn't.

I have 3(almost 4)chest available to collect,but no matter how many S grades i get i still don't get a chest.

Actually,it is the same with key fragments.I don't remember exactly when did i get my last key fragment.

Do something Riot,it is not only me who has the same problem here.

We all love Hextech crafting but how can I (and other people) love it when i don't get anything.

I have Mundo skin here but i don't have enough essence to unlock him and i try to collect essence but how can i when i don't get any chest nor the key fragments....

The champions that you are earning those recent S ranks on, have you already gotten a chest from them before?

First is to check if you can earn a chest on said champ. I haven't earned an S on Brand yet, but I duo'd with someone who got an S so I got a chest lock on Brand.

Next make sure you have chests available. I earned multiple S's during hexakill but never had a chest available to cash in on it.

If both those conditions are met, I'd take a screen shot of your end game results with your rank and send it in.

Not sure about keys. I heard you're supposed to have a better chance to get them at the beginning of each month and it slowly decreases, but I don't know for sure.

So to be clear on what DemainaNyx has posted.

I may only earn 1 chest per champion, ever? Or is it one champion per month up to the total amount of available chests? I only ask because I don't ever want to play the likes of DrMundo , MasterYi , Kayle , Jax , Talon , and Renekton to name a few.

What are the rules / drop rates for keys? They seem to drop in bursts. I feel that I can go weeks without a key dropping for anyone on either side, and then like 5 games in a row they all appear.

Hi, I've the same problem but only with the chests... I earned so much key fragments ( I've 4 keys now ) but not a single chest...! It's really annoying... Sorry if my english isn't good, I'm french :)
