The surrender system is flawed

There needs to be something done about the surrender system in ranked.

If a player in ranked votes for a surrender while the rest of the team doesn't, they'll most likely go HAM and start trolling, afk or feeding because they already have it in their heads that the game is over.

I HATE surrendering. And the people that throw games because the think a match is over 12 mins into the game should be punished or banned from competitive play. There is NOTHING competitive with surrendering. If you're not giving it your all, it is NOT a competition. I don't think people really understand this.

In competitive sports such as basketball or baseball of course there are repercussions for these kinds of players, they either get benched, dropped from the team, salary reduced, etc.
