I was looking at the Wiki to hear all of his taunts (It's a big list) and then I came to his taunt towards an ally Vi. "Child, why would you sublimate a hunger? Have you forgotten who you are?" It makes you wonder how long has this demon we know as Tahm Kench been around. His real name isn't even Tahm Kench it was the gambler's name from his trailer, but this demon took everything from him. Including the name. Anyways, back on subject. Tahm seems to know about everyone in Runeterra. What if one day he told Vi about the past she had forgotten as a child

Wow, I haven't really gone that deep with Tahm's lore, but what I know is this:

-He is much MUCH older than you think he is. Like older than Kalista and maybe Azir old. Everyone can be seen as a child compared to him. -He knows a lot of things about everyone, as you said. He knows about Garen and Kat's relationship, and apparently Vi's past as a criminal. I don't believe she's forgotten her past, only tried to make herself believe her new job is fufilling for her. -He's gone by many names in the past. Tahm Kench, as stated by a Rioter (somewhere in the Q&A, idk specifically), is just his current iteration. Kind of like Bard.

In Vi's lore she doesn't remember anything from her early childhood Quote from the wiki: (Vi was orphaned at an extremely young age. A combination of her youth at the time and whatever trauma she suffered has left her with absolutely zero memories of her past and any family she may have had. If Vi has a sister, she would not be able to remember her.) This is what I was referencing when I said Tahm knew her past as well as the criminal thing

I can't find the passage you're referencing (even from the wiki), so even though I'm a bit late I sincerely just want to know exactly where that came from. Anyways, according to what I've read, Vi's "hunger" could reference two things:

Her desire to work with mechanics
Her desire to rob and steal

Both of these hungers began before she joined the gang, as you said, but seem to have remained, at least until joining Caitlyn (which I believe Tahm was referencing). You could be right that Tahm knows a bit about Vi's past, and could shed light on the trio of her, Jinx, and Ekko, but there's a much more straightforward, albeit less interesting, explanation.

Ya, Perhaps my insanity has led me to see things that aren't really true. But I do like your idea on her desire to steal thing. Maybe occasionally she gets the urge but has to restrain herself
