(Petition) Renaming "Cutthroat" and "Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat"

Dear Riot People and anyone else who reads this,

First, I'll start with Twitch.

When Twitch received his Visual Update (which you did a great job on, for whatever that's worth) two of his skills were renamed. "Expunge" became "Contaminate" and "Spray and Pray" became "Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat." I don't mind the first one. Expunge was poor wording because it would imply Twitch somehow removes the poison. I don't like the change to his ult though. Calling it "Spray and Pray" was fitting in game and to his personality. Many of his quotes are about how difficult it is for him to aim. Changing it to "Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat" just feels like a really forced pun, when it originally reflected the nature of the champion.

Ok, on to Talon.

So Talon's silence is gone. As you have said yourselves, this makes the name "Cutthroat" make no sense from a thematic perspective. I'm not going to argue with you about removing his silence, because I don't want to get into that here. Still, it seems as though the name of the ability should be changed. With that in mind, I suggest renaming it to "Hamstring". To hamstring someone or something means to incapacitate them by cutting tendons in their legs. This is much more fitting considering the current effects of the ability. I'm not the first to come up with this one, but I don't remember who was the first.
