I think I just met a botted account

I just played a game of ranked and our support had 6 games on there history with 5 being losses and 1 being a victory. They played morg for the first time ever (they haven't played the same champion more than once) and they when 1/12 being over a third of our deaths. As the enemy team is diving our teamates for our Nexus she was in chat telling us we couldn't fight the last fight because of there adc and that's why we lost. We were telling her to use her ult under our Nexus towers to stall out until our other teamates spawned but she didn't know what her ult did (which is why she never used it in game) and sat in base until we lost. Her rune pages made no sense and were made up of tier 2's. I am not sure but I actually think this account was botted and I figured I would share it for no reason.
