Option to change log in screen.

Hi:)

So i thought of this idea because i love the current log in screen so much, i just don't want riot to change it. The music is so entertaining, and believe me, it's probably the only Christmas song i like. And others get the chance to change it back to their favorites as well.

P.S. i didn't know where to make this thread. I hope it's the right one:P
