Akali's E is now useless
Her E should get a little buff to compensate for the removal of it being able to proc the Q mark, because right now, it feels completely useless.

It is more of a I-will-do-more-damage-to-you-after-i-ult-even-though-my-ult-does-godlike-damage and also a i-just-ulted-in-ur-team-so-now-take-my-AoE-spell
Her E is pretty useless, always has been. Making it proc Q I felt was always more a crutch for people who had a hard time proving Q than it was making E useful.
I want to see than base damage on Q restored to its old level it was at before E was able to proc Q. Its only fair, they reduced the base damage on Q and then added the utility to E as a tradeoff. Now that they've taken that utility away, I want that damage we traded away back.
tbh that Akali nerf alone was pretty stupid, though Akali doesn't really need any buffs, in fact she needs a real nerf in other words "gut" they should've went for her spellvamp and ult and toning it down right, than making a spell useless.
but in at the end of the day shes still pretty overpowered, so I wouldn't count on any buffs.
Make her only able to dash to a target she's struck with her Q and make her number of dashes not reset on kills or assists. BAM. Akali bursts her targets just as hard as an assassin should, but she's more able to be dealt with. Did she mark you with her Q? Get the hell away from her. Is her Q on cooldown? So is her mobility. Losing her spellvamp might be a good way to go, but I think it's intended to help her through her crappy pre-6 in lane. How about her gaining health off of killing things with her E. Then she's have to choose between putting points into her sustain or into her burst. It would also give her E a use beyond just... "a thing you toss in there because why not".
I think that was the point Akali no longer have an E ability (unless you want to run out of energy)
