Default Performance settings for League of Legends

Should be Low in my opinion since the majority of starting league players usually have a standard laptop which isn't tailored for gaming. Those that have gaming laptops/pc's can adjust it to a higher setting if they please. Otherwise I think it should be low since a lot of players have terrible FPS with the current settings but don't know they can change it or don't know how to. Just to ensure that they can play the game comfortably without any fps problems.
