@Riot - Key fragments are likely set time interval based

Dear Riot,

On Monday morning I received a key fragment before my first match. Since then I played 22 matches (equal parts bots and pvp) before receiving another key fragment on Wednesday night. I've been honored every match except 1, and in multiple cases honored double or triple.

A friend, and fellow player didn't play for over 3 days, updates the client, logs in, and receives a key fragment. While playing before the previously named '3 days', my friend also received a key fragment on Sunday.

Based on this limited data-set, which I'm currently expanding in a spreadsheet to make your data more transparent, the tentative conclusions are:

• The number of matches you play don't matter to receive key fragments
• The number of honors don't matter either, since my friend couldn't have received honor from not-playing matches.

end result: It can only be that key fragments drop on a set time interval, and thus hypothetically one might receive a dozen key fragments after not logging in a few weeks.

I would like to hear if other members of the community are experiencing similar situations.
