Feeling zero sense of achievement with the new honor system

I just got to honor level 3, and I had a stronger feeling of 'annoying pop-up' than of 'YAY, honor level 3' Which is markedly different from how I felt when I got my yellow honor crest... for which there wasn't even an emote as I got it in the new client. Heck I loaded a custom game to take a screen shot since it didn't show anywhere else, and felt excited to have been granted/earned it.

Now the honor level to me only gives me a sense of 'nice, now I get more free sh*t'.

Does anyone else have this feeling with the new honor system?

you'll get a flair for the next game's loading screen if you get honored by a stranger / 2 premades.

If I'm being honest, I'll have to agree that the honor system in its current iteration could use some improvement.

For example: What if we were limited how many honors we could hand out? (Sort of like the limited rerolls in ARAM) Imo, limited honors being passed around would give them more weight and meaning.
