So i was in a ranked game and noticed Ahri's Passive is working, at least for me.

Trying to see if its working for anyone else?? I was fighting a zed midlane and he typed in all chat to me and asked me how i deal with the passive being bugged. My response was, i don't notice it because i use corrupting potion. But needless to say, i've been keeping tabs on the passive scaling to see if it will ever trigger the scaling portion. Played this game where i threw some points into charm and literally as soon i leveled again the passive scaling ratio popped up. I'm sure that isn't the reason, but i thought it was neat. So i did a normals along with a customs and seems like it's back to normal. Maybe riot silently fixed it? If so thanks rito. :)
