The new rank system problems..

Someone doesn't lock in a ban, dodge 2 minutes. Someone doesn't lock in their champ bam another 2 minutes. G fucking G. That just happened 8 or 9 times in a row.. We finally said forget it and went to play blind. Please rito fix this shit.
