Can you fix Mordekaiser already?

I sort of just want this rework to be reverted.

Or at the very least, tweaked.

imo he needs some tweaks if this rework is going to avoid permaban status

An interesting fix would be to give mord his old q but It doesn't aoe on champions and Mabie applies a slow? So he still has wave clear and if a champion Is slowed, a sup can follow up with a stun or root creating good synergy in bot lane but his w would probably still need work, like make it coast % health on cast if it targets minions. Thies changes would be awesome and he'd still be good in bot becaues of w sustain and xp passive.
