specifically his W while walking (looks like a "Heil Hitler") just kinda shuffles around does he have knees? cuz he dosent use them he waddles like he learned to walk from penguins

Granted all of these champs could use a full VU but if you don't intend on doing that anytime soon, please have them at least move smoothly.

I agree with your list, I personally have one more person to add to it though (since she already had her VU/Overhaul)

Karma still has one of the worse running animations imo.

She also doesn't have a haste animation even though she has a built in movementspeed buff.
