[GAMEPLAY] Ashe's flurry attacks with runaans

Ashe's flurry attacks now only trigger runaan's , rageblade (stacking), and Fervor of battle(mastery) once. For runaans i know for a fact it used to work, rageblade has been updated and Fervor of battle is new so I don't know the intended interaction but it is worded like it would work. If this is actually intentional it would be nice to have a formal notice.

I've reproduced this in a custom game. She's also only getting one stack of Focus per attack instead of one per bolt.

I thought (like graves new aa) it only is intended to proc on-hit effects once per actual auto attack?

Runaans is now on-hit instead of on-attack, I guess?
