Will my Season 6 rank reset when Season 7 starts?

I am right now Bronze 1, 0 LP in Solo/Duo (from Season 6) and I am in placements for Ranked Flex. When season 7 starts, will I have to do placements all over again, giving me a new rank, or will I stay as Bronze 1? This is my first year going into a new season with a rank.

Yes your rank will reset when the season starts
