I noticed while playing yesterday, that Noxus Poppy 
is no longer in the listing of her skins. Has it been removed? There are now the Battle Regalia and Scarlet Hammer skins, but it seems that Noxus has been removed :(
Noxus Poppy is a legacy skin, so it's only available for purchase at certain times. Lollipoppy, Blacksmith, and Ragdoll are legacy too, but they were all made available temporarily when she got updated.
Most of Poppy's skins are Legacy, so are only out for short periods of time.
