Do we get a second chance on league?

I used to be so toxic that I got banned and now i am kinda LITTLE BIT TOXIC..... ergh i am trying to be 0 toxic i really am trying but it s hard when you have no life or friends and u lose a game u just go on a rampage cuz u know away from league u've got nothing so u try and do anything to win to feel good about urself.... sigh anyways, i was wondering:

-Will i ever get a crest? or am i doomed cuz i was banned before and i get reported every now and then
