Can Diana Get A Blood Moon Skin Instead Of Champions Who Have No Connection To The Moon?

Diana is known as "The Scorn of The Moon", the moon is her whole theme. So why doesn't she have a Blood Moon skin? Instead champions which have no connection with the moon at all (Yasuo) are getting Blood Moon skins. I understand Diana is about to get an All-Stars skin, but sooner or later she should get a blood moon skin. Maybe these new Blood Moon skins are here while we wait for Diana's Blood Moon skin.
