Will elementalist lux be available at a discount or at full price ?

Probably full price, they didn't put the other ones on sale to my knowledge, so I do not think that they will put this one on sale.
If anything, probably just a 10% thing
They no longer do release discounts (and didn't for Legendary/Ultimate skins anyway). However, all non-Legacy skins will go on sale 4-6 months after their release.
