When will there be a new Ultimate skin ?

I've been holding on to this last amount of rp i have (3370) for a long time now and i don't know how long i can keep holding on to it and i don't want to buy an ultimate skin now and then after 2-3 moths later BOOM a brand spanking new and sexy Ultimate skin, i just want to save myself the regret that's all.

I thnk Garen, Xerath, Jayce, or Katarina are getting an ultimate skin.
