Is there currently an issue with the replay/highlight system? Bugsplats and ear killing statikk

I've been having a ton of issues with downloading and making highlights/ replays. Like the title says any time I've attempted to make a replay this patch a complete ass load of static and silence plagues them all. I'm not sure if it's an issue with my replays themselves, or some other problem. I should also mention upon pressing "finished recording" in replay viewer, I get bugsplats extremely consistently to which the replay shuts off entirely. Is there anything I can do I my end to fix this issue? I could recreate the issue if the error message tells me anything.
