Why is the Lunar Revel Shop being a jackass and changing your cards?

So, as I opened my shop, I found a nice little bundle of skins: Marquis Vladimir, Hired Gun Lucian, Barbarian Sion, Surgeon Shen, And the last one was Blight Crystal Varus (YES!!). You might notice I forgot one. My 3rd card was DragonBlade Riven. I had a friend over and we got hype, cause I've been hunting that skin for a long time, and NOW IT'S ON SALE WHEN I HAVE MONEY!! Ayyy..

So, I went to buy RP for Blight Crystal, Hired Gun, and the normal on sale Warmonger Sion, and of course: Dragonblade Riven. And when I got back, it seems my 2nd and 3rd skin were just...covered up again. I was meh, and re opened them to see Dragonblade Talon instead of Lucian, and Redeemed Riven instead of Dragonblade... Why must you do this to me? My tears are real. I don't even like that skin that much.

A Talon skin is nice, I already have Project Lucian so Hired Gun isn't useful, but PLZ. My sale was jacked within 30 minutes of opening them.

I want to stab myself in the face. Why is the shop just changing your cards out of nowhere?
