Since last year you guys came to a conclusion that people who invested in Riot wouldn't receive a reward or appreciation, and I have came to be fine with it. It hasn't changed my spending habits, but may I ask something though?

Can people labeled "veterans" from before have early access to the shop app that I believe Brazil Servers have access to?

Reasoning: the people who spend money should be able to do so away from League as well.

Just a thought but probably not a reality.
