Accept game pop up notification client.

So when you are on a different window from the client waiting for a game the accept window should pop up on whatever you are doing . It happens with me normally but when i mute the game sound from sound mixer it doesn't pop up . What does sound got to do with popping up ?

That is most likely because of how your computer is programmed. It pops up because it sees the accept button as a notification to bring to the front, But muting it most likely tells your computer that this program (the league client) shouldnt disturb the user ie popping up, or playing noise.
