Instant Feedback revenge

How easy would it be to take advantage of this system. For example my last game was jungle tryndamere, with jinx and leona as a duo in the bot lane. We lost this game due to a lot of factors. I was being counter jungled hard, bot lane lost tower real early. But I was getting the traditional, why aren't you ganking trynd? When in fact every time they said this they were pushed and had the enemy under tower and died from an evelynn gank. My point is though, what's to stop these two (who are duo) from teaming up and reporting me for verbal abuse or whatever they chose, when infact i muted them at 15 minutes and wasn't talking to them knowing that they can get me a ban by doing so?
