Can RIOT make another "simple champion"

I want a new champion to come out that makes me say "Wow I actually get how this champion works after two games playing with or against it" .

So Kindred I seriously didnt get how she worked until like 2 weeks after release, and Illinois is still as confusing.

For example, some one like Chogath. One skillshot, a silence an auto attack and an execute. But now we have percent health healing damage and scaling and all that crap. lmao lets have a new simple champ

It's not that hard to learn how a champion works though. Playing as or against them gives you a basic knowledge of their abilities, and for the more advanced parts look them up on the league wiki or just read the patch notes. I bought Illaoi on release and so many people clearly didn't even read the patch notes about her or what her abilities do and then call her OP when I beat them.

Any champion can beat anyone else if they have no idea what to expect.

Seriously though, Riot is trying to raise the skill cap of the game to better distinguish good players from great ones. If you look at pretty much every single new champ and rework they are all designed to raise the skill cap of the champion. I don't think that's a bad thing.

o.0 illaoi is simple as hell. Tentacles spawn when you move near r, w bops on head, q bops on head, e makes enemy slow, and spawns tentacles. R spawns hella tentacles
