was watching a video called teemo shroom by the yordles and they mentened a global taunt was it a real thing? if so can they put it back in?

Global taunt is just a meme they used back then to describe their need to focus and kill Teemo because "hurr durr Teemo is cancer".
The global taunt refers to how everyone hates Teemo so much, they'll try to kill him regardless of how harmful it is to their team to do so, he did however use to have a nuke which stunned for 5 seconds. Also, sorry, but you deserve this gif. http://www.reactiongifs.com/r/2tYt6V9.gif
