Becoming a Shoutcaster?

I have played LOL for just over a year now, (not long by some standards I suppose) and have become fascinated with the idea of shoutcasting games. even though I am still a minor, I have always had a powerful voice and am talented at speaking and I would like to look into a career involving it. because I love this game and i'm fascinated with the gameplay (and lore), I would like to know what I could to to prepare to shoutcast games, and what I should do now to become the best shoutcaster i can be.

Maybe record some of your own games, rewatch them and "shoutcast" over them, then upload to youtube? I think that'd be closer to what you want than streaming on Twitch, though that's also an option. See what people say about your content and go from there.
