haven't seen lucian played in a while but here lately he's in every game and if not then at least every other. why is lucian suddenly hot ****?

He was free a week ago or so. Also, his passive is pretty damn hot!
Besides, it is not Lucian, but JHIN that everyone is playing.
the new ADC item/revamp basically all the item revamps complimented him the most.
also most lucians don't play to reset there E and maximise lightslingers uptime, if they do he's always been very strong, just now with the new items it gave him a sizeable buff but nothing out of the ordinary, also as games are shorter his potential doesnt really ''fall off'' at least not yet, as long as the time frame isnt extended then he falls off but is still very good
He is one of the strongest ADCs right now, since, as a low-range caster ADC, his itemization was heavily buffed with the creation of Essence Reaver and Rapid Firecannon. His change in 5.22 was also beneficial to him, as now he can build full AD comfortably.
