gifting center not working

every time i try to open the gifting center it tells me there is a problem that keeps it from opening. i tried relogging and it still persists. anyone else having this problem?

I do. SKins and bundles sections are not working either

Yes. It didn't clear up until late yesterday night. Should be up and running today :)
