i had a chat restriction not too long ago which made me ineligible to earn chests and keys. since that punishment i have not said one toxic word to anyone. i just encourage people and be friendly. apparently that pays off. last night after a ziggs game that i ended 10/0/2, i was given a chest. being good pays off. just keep being good and you will be able to earn loot again. :)
Thing is, people don't seem to learn that being a jerk in the game means they don't get free stuff and then they complain about not getting it
Nice to hear that punished players are having changes to get rewarded again once they do good again. Sweet move by Riot here. Im also glad you chose the friendly side, mate.
:\ I can only hope i start getting rewards sooner than later... haven't said anything toxic to anyone.

Semi-off topic: how do you know if you're ineligible? Does the system tells you that you've earned a chest but cannot receive it? I'm curious

you just have to know how to abuse riot's systems. You can trash talk in certain ways/annoy the other team and also not get any restrictions. Im getting rewards still and I tilt the other team all day
IDK man, trash talking real hard is fun tho.
im still ineligable from a punishment that ENDED 3 months ago, since then I've gotten 0 report warnings or anything and I've been getting honors as well.
I still think this system is broken.
