How do we report people who troll on purpose?

Do I report him as a griefer? Does it even do anything? The games getting more and more trolls/people who just simply do not care. They even type out "I don't care" or "it's not summoners rift." At this point is it still negative attitude or is it reported as a griefer? Some people will purposely play like crap or even miss skill shots when they normally shouldn't. What do I do?

you dont you can troll all you want feed as hard as you want but all that matters is if you say anything bad in game

Your best bet is to report them for "Verbal Abuse" or "Offensive Language" to actually get any effect. I'm quite sure that if there are 5 or more similar reports, he'll get banned.
