@Morello @Xypherous About utility scaling.

Hello, I would like your opinions on a system where utility scaling has a totally separated stat from Ability Power (say... Utility Power?) that only empower the utility of abilities? (And perhaps the damage in some exceptions like how Ryze scales with Mana)

So with this champions with little to no utility like Katarina would have no UP scaling on their abilities, while champions like Karma would have a couple of UP scalings on their spells. With this system you have to choose to either build AP and gain damage or build UP and gain more utility.

I think that this would open up bot lane for a lot more people while still keeping the mages from pushing out the traditional supports.

I feel like utility scaling should bemore universal than just reserved for supports. Utility mages can have them too, with this system you don't have to nerf their damage though because they would HAVE to give up damage for more utility.

That said, no system is perfect, and I would like to see why you guys didn't take this direction but instead chose to take the current one on the PBE.
