How to stop raging?

So lately I haven't been able to play through a bad game without getting mad. It getting worse even though I've been making a conscious effort to stay calm. I even took some time off league, about two weeks, played other games like kingdom hearts and minecraft, but I can't grind league anymore cause i can't get through 3 or 4 games without getting upset. I use to not have this problem and could sit and play league all day i get a troll or something and I blew it off. Its almost like an emotional tilt has anyone else had this issue and been able to get over it and get back to playing?

Don't play 3 or 4 games, play 1 or 2. Just do a vs. AI match for the daily win bonus (hard to tilt there).

Well when i get angry ill step back away watch some you tube videos, the easiest way for me to deal with anger that comes from this game is just remember that no matter how bad the game im currently in is the next one could be better. P.S. don't look at chat like ever.

I used to mad tilt and I still do some times. when I was at my worst, I'd just type in /mute all at the beginning of each match and that really helped me focus on the game.

it's actually probably unhealthy to play 4 games in a row, we all do it tho. I've been trying to play 3 and then just log of and do something else. think about it 3 games can easily be 3 hours sitting still and staring at a computer, giving yourself arthritis xD if you've played 3 games and you want to play more, take a food break. walk outside, pet the cat, tell a joke to a friend or something.
