Minions Receive New Portraits on PBE, New Summoner Icons As Well?

Every Summoner that begins their journey into the League starts with a handful of Summoner Icons. These icons are old to be frank. Included in the icons are the live minion portraits. Today, on the PBE, minions received new portrait icons! They look amazing. You can check out a summary of today's PBE post on Surrender @ 20. Does this mean they may become new Summoner icons? What do you all think, should these new portraits be added as additional starter Summoner icons?
