Item Sets

So I remember when item sets were released and I thought they were pretty neat but they are annoying as hell to set up. I don't know if someone else has already come up with this but I think it would be a pretty cool feature if you could download or somehow copy an item set from a build or some sort of database. I just feel like very few people probably use it and it would make it much easier.
