honestly why perma ban someone. i get it, hes toxic as hell but seriously look at this generation! everyone is TOXIC! EVERYONE! "he's more toxic than others" and? people watch him because they choose to watch him. not because they are like "oh shit someone is making watch tyler1 play league ohhh nooooo" and ermahgawd rito you put a mute button in the game for a reason. people actually actually have the ability to press "O" or tab and click a mute button. i know it sounds crazy but its an option. if someone is continually getting bashed on by him its because they choose to be. Now i bet your saying something like post game lobby, you cant mute that. guess what, you can leave it though so you dont have to see anything or read anything. but he can message people when not even in a game. "BLOCK" there are so many ways to avoid his toxicity its not his fault people choose to listen and get involved. hes toxic because he loves to be toxic. so your going to deny someone doing what they love to do. that is pathetic.
