How has this Fiora Bug not been fixed

Its a small bug but sometimes 1 vital spot will not disappear. There will be 2 vital points (but only 1 will work) and the bugged one will not disappear until A new Vital is on the same spot [fiora-cool] idk how to put a picture :(
