It doesn't matter how many people ask Riot anything, if they don't want to answer they don't have to. You may not like it, but they are people and people have this right.

The proper response to a business not responding the way it's customers want is to boycott, but let's be real here, it's much easier to complain on some forum than it is to stop playing your game.
