That cold effect Riot talked about once...

I remember one of the riot members asking the community if they liked the idea that certain champions would be able to prevent dashing/escape moves with their passive effects. I believe sejuani's w and ashe's passive were suggested. Apparently champions had gotten to dodge-y. What ever happened with this? did we vote against it?
